RECOVERY FUEL is an advanced blend of maltodextrin and dextrose monohydrate to supply your body with complex and simple carbohydrates for rapid post-workout recovery.

Maltodextrin is a glucose polymer and a high GI complex carbohydrate which improves the uptake of other nutrients, specifically post-workout.

While the primary function of dextrose monohydrates is the production of sdenosine triphosphate, or ATP, which is the main energy source for the body's cells. Dextrose (and in turn glucose) is the majority fuel source for the brain, with low levels associated with negative effects on mental processes.
